Wilderath Safari is a travel services brand owned and operated by Oyepedia LLP, registered in India. The company facilitates jungle tours, wildlife experiences, and related travel arrangements across India.

2. Scope of Services

Wilderath Safari provides:

Safari permit facilitation (as per state forest department rules)

Jungle tours and guided experiences

Hotels, lodges, homestays, and forest accommodation bookings

Transport arrangements

Tour packages and customized itineraries

Wilderath Safari acts as a booking facilitator. Actual safari operations are governed solely by respective Forest Departments.

3. Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment and issuance of a confirmation email or booking voucher.

ID details submitted at the time of booking must be accurate. Forest Departments do not allow name or ID changes after permit issuance.

Zone allocation for safaris is controlled by the forest authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Wilderath Safari.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are dynamic and may change based on seasonality, government fees, availability, and third-party suppliers.

Full payment is required to confirm bookings unless otherwise specified.

Payments must be made through approved modes listed on the website or invoice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to Forest Department rules, many safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation policies are as follows unless a specific package states otherwise:

Safari Permits

Once booked, permits cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Accommodation and Transport

Refund eligibility depends on the policies of hotels, resorts, and transport vendors.

Full Tour Packages

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-refundable components.

Government closures, weather restrictions, or operational limitations may result in safari cancellations. In such cases, refunds are processed as per Forest Department policies, not Wilderath Safari.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling safari permits is not permitted as per most state forest guidelines.
Accommodation and transport rescheduling depend on provider rules and availability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Carry valid government-issued ID used during booking.

Follow all park rules, including safety protocols and instructions from guides.

Maintain discipline and not engage in activities that disturb wildlife.

Arrive at boarding points on time. Delays may lead to forfeiture without refund.

8. Safety and Liability

Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Sightings depend on natural conditions.

Jungles and wildlife areas inherently involve risk. Guests must exercise caution at all times.

Wilderath Safari is not liable for:

Injuries, accidents, wildlife encounters, or loss of property

Operational decisions by forest authorities

Weather-related delays or cancellations

Vendor errors, including accommodation or transportation issues

Participation is voluntary, and guests acknowledge associated risks.

9. Force Majeure

Wilderath Safari is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, political events, government restrictions, or operational shutdowns.

10. Modification of Itinerary

To ensure safety or operational continuity, Wilderath Safari reserves the right to alter itineraries, transportation, accommodation, or services without prior notice.

11. Conduct and Behavior

Wilderath Safari may deny services to any guest whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, and materials used by Wilderath Safari are the intellectual property of Oyepedia LLP and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

13. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during inquiries or bookings is used exclusively for travel processing, communication, and legal requirements.
Data is not sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

14. Dispute Resolution
